With a glass door overlooking the garden as the only source of natural light, tasteful lighting has been carefully created for this peaceful retreat away from the outside world.
This unique feature ensures a relaxing environment where you can truly relax and unwind.

RESERVATION POLICY 

* A minimum deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

* In July and August, the full balance must be paid 5 days before arrival. Arrival instructions and your access code will be shared with you once payment is complete.

* A refundable security deposit (maximum $200.00) is required for each unit rented. This amount must be available on a credit card and will be processed upon arrival when keys are handed over.

* You must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay to rent accommodation at La Chaumière.

* The maximum occupancy indicated must be respected at all times.

* Pets are not allowed on the property.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times.

* Please note that La Grande Suite is an adult-only accommodation; children aged 12 and over are welcome.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

* If the guest cancels the reservation, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

* If the guest cancels less than 5 days before arrival, the total amount of the stay is non-refundable.

* Reservation dates may be changed without losing the deposit, subject to availability. A price adjustment may apply.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

Please ensure that you have shared the address and directions to La Chaumière with every member of your group.

ARRIVAL

* Self-check-in: 626 avenue de Gaspé Ouest, Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, QC, G0R 3G0.

* Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

* Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

* Please note that early check-ins are not permitted.

DEPARTURE

You must vacate the cottage by 10:00 AM and leave the accommodation in the same condition as when you arrived. Dishes must be clean and put away; trash and recycling must be placed in the designated bins near the parking exit.  Any damage or equipment malfunctions noticed in your unit must be reported to us during or at the end of your stay.
